Teaching Team: Our teaching staff provide high-quality, tailored education to meet the individual needs of our pupils, fostering a love for learning and personal development.
Senior Intervention Assistants: Our experienced and knowledgeable Senior Intervention Assistants lead the support teams within each class, ensuring consistency and high-quality support for pupils.
Intervention Assistants: A team of dedicated staff who support the learning, care, and well-being needs of the pupils in their class, working closely with teachers and Senior Intervention Assistants.
Pastoral Team: Our dedicated pastoral team supports SLT in the smooth running of the school, working across safeguarding, behaviour, medical needs, nurture, and attendance to ensure the well-being of all pupils.
Healthcare and Therapy Support: We work closely with external providers, including physiotherapists and speech and language therapists, to address the physical, medical, and communication needs of our pupils. In addition, we employ an occupational therapist, a speech and language therapist, and a music therapist for one day per week to further enhance pupil support.
Administrative Team: Our dedicated administrative staff manage the school’s business operations and reception services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Hydrotherapy Pool Management: Our Pool Managers oversee the operation and safety of our hydrotherapy pool, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for both our pupils and the wider community.
Site Maintenance: Our Site Manager and Cleaning Team work tirelessly to maintain high standards, creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Together, our team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our pupils, fostering their growth and development at every stage of their journey.
Additionally, in the past twelve months, no time has been taken off by staff who are union officials.
